How do I reset my lost password?

If you are a student or teacher that has signed up using a valid email address, you can use our built-in password reset functionality by taking the following steps:

  1. Head to
  2. Click the 'Login' button
  3. Click the 'Forgot Password' link below the sign in form
  4. Enter the email address you signed up with and you will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password

If you're a student that has signed up using only an Username rather than an email address, you will need to get in contact with one of your teachers that can take the steps found here to reset your password.
